Responsibilities / Job Description:

•                      Overall responsibility for systems availability, capacity planning and management, system performance, configuration, software and hardware forAlcatel - Lucent contact center based applications

•                      The candidate will perform installation, configuration, tuning and ongoing maintenance of production infrastructure/environments.

•                      This candidate will be part of a team providing 24/7 Tier 3 (or higher) support for systems and applications

 

Non-Technical Requirements:

•           Manager needs truly experienced candidates who can hit the ground running.

•           Must be able and willing to work various shifts in on-call rotation and extended periods when required.

•           Must have EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills.

 

Qualifications:

•           Expert-level experience with storage systems (3+ years of recent experience supporting NetApp, EMC) -or- application servers/middleware.

•           3+ years of recent experience with Websphere, JBoss

•           3+ years RECENT experience working on large projects 500 users – Extremely desirable (but not required) to have both.
