Websphere Specialist Job in Bristol, South West UK
Essential:
* Excellent command of written and spoken English (Equivalent to IELT Band 8.5 or above)
* Extensive operational 2nd and 3rd line support experience with WebSphere Application Server Version 6 in multi-application, multi-JVM domain.
* Extensive operational 2nd and 3rd line support experience with WebSphere Process Server Version 6 in multi-application, multi-JVM domain.
* Extensive operational and configuration experience of WebSphere Deployment Manager in multi-application, multi-JVM domain.
* Must have a strong understanding of WAS WPS on both the Windows and Linux platforms.
* Experience to include at expert level:
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis across the WAS/WPS estate including DMZ and network load balancing
- Scripting - JACL/JYTHON
- Scripting experience (Linux type e.g BASH)
- Administration
- Performance Tuning
- Working with IBM support (PMR)
Nice to have:
* LDAP (IBM Tivoli Directory Server) install and support
* WAS/WPS Version 7/8
