An amazing opportunity has come up for a leading fashion retailer for a Web Coordinator based in London. Working between the website development team and marketing team, you will support on the improvement and constant evolution of the site and to maximise sales. If you display an excellent knowledge of the website and all marketing activity driving traffic to it, then this is for you. This role will supports the web development and marketing functions by briefing and trafficking all development work as well as implementing accurate tracking and reporting. You responsibilities will be: Day to day liaison with DevelopmentSchedule briefing and production for all website and communication requirements within remit.Manage the internal process of communication between the IT web development team, the creative team and the brand website team ensuring that resource and time is available and planned to deliver the required website and communications plan Project development liaisonWork in tandem with external parties including SEO and Design agencies to deliver web development projects to maximise sales opportunities. Site analysisEnsure all pages on the site are correctly tagged for analytics tracking as directed by Marketing team.Work with website manager to define and interpret performance reporting to show traffic flow and conversion through site. Marketing tracking and reportingEnsure any external marketing communications, including email, paid search and partnerships, are appropriately tagged and set up for reporting.Work with website manager to define marketing activity reports to communicate to the wider team and to use in the analysis of website traffic. To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience:Proven track record operating as either a Production Assistant or Co-ordinatorSolid experience working with CMS in a production capacityTechnical understanding of HTML, Javascript, CSS, JS, Flash This is an ideal role for someone looking for a step up. It would suit someone who enjoys the more technical elements of e-Commerce and online, and who is looking for career progression towards becoming a Website Manager.
