Weekend Helpdesk Administrator

Our client, in High Wycombe, requires a confident and friendly Weekend Helpdesk Administrator to join their weekend team.

The ideal applicant must have the following qualities:
Excellent telephone manner
ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good listening skills: Innovative
Good attention to detail
Ability to take accurate, clear and concise notes to ensure all details are correctly documented

This part-time role requires applicant to work 17 hours over the weekend. Saturday 8am - 8pm, Sun 8am - 2pm
