Leading company based in Warwick is seeking a Weekend Scheduling and Dispatch Manager / Team Leader, working 40 hours per week, Friday 8 Hours, Saturday 12 Hours, Sunday 12 hours, Monday 8 Hours. Based in their purpose built offices in Warwick, this role is commutable from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry and surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of service delivery professionals across a broad client group to deliver outstanding customer service to challenging KPI's and SLA's in a fast paced and dynamic environment. As part of the local management team you will develop strong working relationships between your team and your customers. You will promote an environment of service and quality, whilst developing a culture of success, effective customer service management, and continuous improvement to ensure that all your customers receive the best possible service experience.
Ideally you will:
• Experience in a fast moving reactive maintenance environment, used to managing a team of dispatchers / schedulers who are responsible for the deployment of field based engineers across the UK is beneficial
• Have strong stakeholder management skills
• Ensure stakeholders are kept well informed and receive "no surprises"
