Kelly Services is in need of a Weigh Technician to join the team at a top-tier agricultural company, located in the Indianapolis area. **Will not consider BS candidates for this opportunity. ** Highest level of education completed is an Associate?s degree** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The employee will be responsible for weighing research samples for various biological testing and project needs. The employee will be required to work with an analytical balance in an exhaust hood and interface with a computer. The primary software used for this role is customer specific so training will be provided. Additional duties may include sample delivery to other areas of the building or interfacing with sample storage systems to retrieve or transfer samples. **Will not consider BS candidates for this opportunity. ** REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be comfortable working in a laboratory environment and be able to work independently after appropriate training with high personal accountability. A professional, customer-focused attitude is necessary. Top 3 Most important success factors: · High level of attention to detail to weigh compounds much like following a recipe. · Strong work ethic · Successful teamwork skills as they are working in a designated area weighing out compounds for requests to be used for experiment facilitation.
