ú Our clients, with locations in Tennessee and Alabama seek experienced Welding Managers. The Welding Manager will be responsible for leading teams of Assistant Managers, Group Leaders, and Team Leaders set up, program, troubleshoot, repair, automated robotic welding processes for high volume manufacturing. Duties include, establishing weld parameters, weld procedures, testing weld integrity, weld qualifications, quality control, documentation, selection of welding/tooling equipment and production support.
