Exciting opportunity for a hands on Welding Supervisor to work for a small to medium sized engineering company in Leicester.
This role will suit a Welder/ Fabricator who has completed an apprenticeship / or have considerable relevant experience. You will need to have a really good ‘hands on’ approach and previous supervisory experience.

The successful Welding Supervisor will be responsible for leading a small team in an production manufacturing engineering in a fabrication, sheet metal and precision engineering environment. 70% of the time will be spent in an hands on welding capacity and the rest of the time supervising on the shop floor making practical improvements.
Shifts 4x12 Hour, Monday to Thursday Nightshift.
Salary 25k to 28k
