EPOCH Assisted Living of Melbourne in Pittsfield, MA is hiring a Full-time Wellness Director (Registered Nurse/RN). Our community is125 apartments and is located in Western MA. The Wellness Director is responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of resident care nursing in our community. This position involves interacting with various family members, physicians, health service agencies and hospital liaisons as needed. Additionally, the position requires hiring, evaluating and supervising staff within the department.
We require a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of MA with strong staff management and supervisory skills and at least 2 years of experience working in the Senior Living Industry.
