Welsh Speaking Customer Service

A well known and established firm are seeking language speakers to join their firm on interim contracts.

They are currently seeking a welsh and English speaking contact centre advisor with experience in the following:
- Acting as a first point of contact to all welsh speaking customers, taking enquiries, dealing with complaints
- Communicating via telephone, email and letter form - please note we seek fluent welsh speaking AND written
- Excellent telephone manner is required
- Previous experience in a similar role
