Managing the project from A to Z, you organize the work on site for both the workers and the subcontractors:

- You set the material and human needs and manage the contacts with the subcontractors.

- You follow the day to day work interacting with all the stakeholders.

- You are independant and perform your job accordingly to the quality, the budget and the safety of the site.

- As a Key Person, you are the main contact for all the partners of the project (clients, architects, study offices, contractors).
