Quality Standards - An AlliedBarton Security Officer: ? Comes to work; is on time and completes shift assignments (including overtime, if assigned). ? Has a neat, professional appearance and comes to work in complete and clean assigned uniform. ? Has a friendly and professional demeanor and provides quality customer service. ? Is a good communicator (both verbal and written) and is capable of handling both typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively. ? Understands and successfully executes his/her post orders including the enforcement of client rules and regulations, as well as company policies. Basic Job Responsibilities: ? Proactively patrol the property as instructed. ? Provide a highly visible security presence to help deter criminal activity and violation of the client?s Code of Conduct and act promptly to address unacceptable behavior. ? Seek opportunities to interact with customers and tenants and be friendly, helpful and attentive to enhance their experience at the property. ? While on patrol, be alert and identify potential safety hazards, mitigate found hazards, and notify the client of conditions of concern. ?
