Wet Chemistry SMTS/Senior Manager
· Able to create combinatorial workflows and design experiments utilizing Intermolecular’s HPC Wet Processing capabilities, to mimic integrated process flows in fab
· Interfacing with customer to understand their technical requirements, and assessing internal resources required to meet these requirements
· Coordinate activities resources across engineering and software teams to meet customer deliverables
· Actively manage program expenses resources within allocated budget
· Provide technical support for sales activities for e.g., meeting with customers to assess new opportunities
· Lead and manage a team of engineers and scientists including the development and growth of existing talent and hiring of new talent as required
· Present program updates to customers for ongoing CDPs
· Plan and direct specific research and development for multiple projects to deliver to committed customers and/or internal goals
· Ensure that Intermolecular infrastructure is being developed to support internal and customer programs
· Develop strategic plans for new technology/product development and provide input to senior management
· Coordinate activities across different departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and to ensure that lab tools and support equipment are mission ready
· Validate and test hardware, software, process upgrades and modifications throughout the process of continuous improvement and optimization
· Program manage multiple technology projects in parallel
· Is up-to-date on latest technology developments trends in the Semiconductor industry
· Ensure capturing intellectual property for the both the customer and internal development programs
