Wholesale Conduct Risk Manager

Wholesale Conduct Risk Manager- Swindon A leading Banking Finance organisation. 

I am looking for somebody who will provide high quality consulting advice to the Treasury Department, helping to anticipate and understand regulatory and policy change. Management of the compliance team, primary responsibility for the client on-boarding and related financial crime risk management processes. Somebody who will be able to help develop and implement the divisional wholesale conduct risk framework to provide assurance to first line senior management.

I am looking for the candidate to have a minimum of 5 years experience in regulatory/compliance environment within wholesale financial services industry. This may be from working in industry or the regulators. A candidate who has a proven track record of understanding regulation and addressing regulatory requirements. Detailed technical knowledge of the PRA's and FCA/ FSA framework as applied to the wholesale sector. The candidate will also have an understanding of impact of regulatory developments on clients and the managing of client projects. I am looking for somebody who is hard working, passionate about risk and compliance and has the technical ability to work with management and communicate effectively across the treasury function.
