Wholesale Credit Risk Data Manager

We are seeking a wholesale credit risk reporting data manager to support the shared service and MI team.  The role-holder will be jointly accountable to the CB Head of Credit Information Reporting and IB Head of Risk Reporting

Job Duties:

1) Developing and managing appropriate data sources to support the delivery of CIB WCR MI Reporting requirements.
2) Developing and managing the delivery of new Credit Risk reporting products, and adhoc information requirements, as required by the global CIB Wholesale portfolio.
3) Stakeholder management across the CIB Wholesale Community, in the WCR MI Reporting context
4) Providing SME support for any initiatives which may involve CIB Wholesale Credit Risk data and reporting, including internal demands, and external regulator-driven reporting.
5) Responsible for the development and maintenance of new and existing data sources, demonstrating alignment or reconciliation to existing sources and reporting products.
6) Monitoring and challenging data quality in source data and reporting, and establishing and maintaining the appropriate governance environment around data processes
7) Assist the CB Head of Credit Information Reporting, and IB Head of Risk Reporting,by providing support on projects, the assessment of New Product Approval requests for data and reporting considerations

Technical skills:

1) Proven strong background in data and reporting development
2) Advanced experience in the use of data management and related reporting tools preferred (Teradata SQL/MS SQL Server BI Suite / Business Objects are preferred)
3) Experience with other reporting enhancement tools such as QlikView, and web delivery channels
4) Understanding and application of governance and control frameworks in data and reporting contexts
5) Strong MS Excel skills required
6) Proficient in use of other MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
