ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: TCS is looking for Windows Attack/Exploit Developers for a prime contract opportunity supporting the Intelligence Community. We ??re a mid-sized company experiencing rapid growth, and we ??re looking for motivated, talented Windows Attack Developers. PRIMARY DUTIES: This job has two roles. The first rold is in Windows operating systems analysis, software reverse engineering, and vulnerability exploitation development. This includes analyzing software for vulnerabilities as well as development of exploit code. The second role is evaluating Internet available proof of concept expoitation code to determine its true functionality and validate that no hidden characteristics are present. Both roles require ample programming, debugging, software engineering, documenation, briefing, and demonstration of the information. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph REQUIRED Four years of experience in Windows system programming using Java, Perl, C, C++, and Assembly language including at least two years of experience with software exploit development In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and advanced API programming In-depth knowledge of Windows network programming Experience analyzing malicious code including software reverse engineering System Administration experience supporting Windows-based workstations and servers Experience with various network operation systems Experience with network security concepts and software Experience with Red teaming or ethical hacking Understanding of shell scripting for the development of network attack tools and techniques Ability to develop, test, and perform network attacks based on CERT/CIAC vulnerabiltiy advisories Ability to analyze and develop source code in C, C++, and X86 Experience with network firewalls, instrusion detection systems, network vulnerability assessments is preferred TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
