Outsourced vendor experience 2.) Candidates must come from an enterprise background 3.) Candidates should have experience with VMware Servers and SAN 4.) Management experience Summary: *Experience interfacing with business and IT team to follow up on incidents and infrastructure requests from application teams. *Experience managing servers in the past and experience managing an outsource provider. *Windows platform from 2000 to 2008, using clustering and SAN attached storage required. *Experience working severity one incidents due to infrastructure performance or failure issues *Good infrastructure documentation skills required *DNS and Active directory background desired *SQL background desired *Some VMWare background desired
