Responsible for both level 3 support and project based deployments, the role requires a technically adept candidate who is able to take full responsibility for duties with little supervision as well as interact with the business on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- MCSE qualified
- 5+ years solid Windows 2000/2003 system administration in a medium to large Financial organization
- Advanced programming/ scripting skills (PERL)
- Solid understanding of MS SQL and ITIL
- CITRIX, VM ESX Server and SAN/NAS technologies
- Enterprise Backup Solutions
- MS Clustering
- FTP/IIS
- Microsoft Operations Manager
- Ability to work independently with strong prioritisation skills
- Strong communications skills are essential.
