This position will plan, install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot the network, security and server systems for our LAN and WAN environments as well as assist with other responsibilities of the Network team.

Requirements:

*            Support Microsoft Windows and Active Directory environment

*            Maintain Active Directory Sites and Services, Replication, Structure, Schema and operations

*            Architect, design and manage Group Policy

*            Administer, troubleshoot and maintain DHCP, DNS, and WINS

*            Assist Network Support in maintaining the managed fleet of workstations

*            Provide tier 2 assistance for Network Administrators, provide tier 3 support to Helpdesk

*            Support HA/DR site and systems, ensure business continuity and data availability / backups

*            Deploy and administer Windows Server 2003 / 2008

*            Manage enterprise file servers and distributed file systems

*            Generate reporting on file storage and assist business with information management

*            Maintain VMware ESX / vSphere environment

*            Setup and operate VMware VMotion, HA, DRS, and deployments

*            Administer SAN, NAS, and Direct Attached Storage

*            Administer IBM DS3400, and DS4800 disk systems

*            Support clustered Microsoft Exchange 2007 Architecture

*            Support ProofPoint Messaging Security platform

*            Manage, maintain, and administer F5 Firepass Remote Access VPN

*            Build, update, and maintain Windows Server images and deployments

*            Create scripts for automation of server and network tasks

*            Maintain and assist with Riverbed Steelhead WAN Optimization and Branch Services

*            Setup and utilize enterprise system monitoring tools

 

Desired Skills:

*            Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008

*            Microsoft Active Directory

*            VMWare ESX / vSphere / vCenter

*            IBM / Dell Blade Server Architecture, IBM / Dell / HP Rackmount Servers

*            IBM DS Storage, Storage Volume Controller, RAID, SCSI, NAS, and Boot from SAN

*            IBM / Brocade Fiber Channel SAN

 

Education and Experience:

*            7+ years with Computer Information Systems and Windows Operating Systems

*            5+ years with Enterprise Networks

*            5+ years with Windows Servers / Active Directory

*            CompTIA Network+

*            Microsoft MCSE or MCITP  Preferred

*            VMware VCP Preferred
