Job ID: HITS03121026 Windows Systems Administrator - Scott AFB, IL - HITS03121026 Description: Windows Systems Administrator Job Code: HITS03121026 Job Description: * Responsible for Microsoft Windows systems administration support in a highly dynamic test environment. * Responsible for software installation and configuration, system patching, system build, software deployment, Windows client and server exposure. Qualifications: * Successful candidates will have a Bachelors degree and 5 years relevant experience (or commensurate background and experience). * Candidate must meet certification requirements for DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security + certified). Preferred Additional Skills: * Candidate should have experience in Windows XP, Win7, 2008 Server, 2003 Server, and/or Windows 2003 server. * Preferred candidate will have experience in Active Directory, VMWare, Virtual, Exchange, LANDesk, patch management, and/or SCCM. * Experience with DoD systems a plus. * Some familiarity with Unix (Solaris) a plus. * Previous experience supporting government and/or Department of Defense customers. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. In order to obtain a clearance you need to be a U.S. Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
