Wintel Service Desk / IT Support.
Working for a national IT services business in their managed support department you will provide remote support across a mix of desktop and server technologies for a variety of external clients.
Technologies will include; Windows Server 2003/2008, AD, Exchange, MS Office, XP / 2000 / Vista/ 7, Outlook, remote access tools, bespoke applications, antivirus, Server/desktop/laptop hardware and lots more!
This division supplies a varied range of technical client infrastructure support across a variety of managed services customers from SME’s to European market leaders and public sector.
The structure incorporates SLA frameworks, remote server management/support, incident/problem management, service desk and as such previous infrastructure support in a Wintel environment is required. Ideal applicants will have worked in similar IT services business or department and will be seeking a new challenge where you can not only make your mark in a business but can sit as part of a growing technical structure.
Applicants will need to have good all round desktop and server skills and be able to manage client incidents and issues through to resolution. This role would suit a good all rounder wanting to carve there career in IT or those wishing to move to a services company for a better career opportunity. Mon to Fri standard office hours apply to this role.
