Skill Requirements---Preferred but not limited to:
Knowledge of wire harness business from design through delivery.
Understand and analyze PL statements.
Knowledge of strategic planning respective to the wire harness business/market
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills for training/mentoring in a self directed work force environment.
Experience in Lean Principles.
Knowledge of inventory control.
Working knowledge of ISO standards and certification.
Manage work force for quality, productivity, and on time delivery of product.
Assess and implement manpower requirements based on workload.
Analysis PL for Business unit and offer/manage improvements
Identify and implement process improvements for quality, cost, and delivery.
Insure ISO standards are met and followed.
