Wireless QA Engineer, 802.11, WiFi, 3G, LTE, CDMA, WLAN, RF

This is an incredible opportunity with a rapidly growing Wireless Networking company developing cutting edge Wi-Fi products. We are looking to expand our Quality Assurance team and looking for talented QA Engineers with 802.11 or 3G/4G experience.

If you are a QA Engineer with heavy 802.11 wireless or 3G/4G experience, please read on!

What you will be doing:

- Design automation test cases in 802.11 wireless networking for cutting edge Wi-Fi products
- Blackbox testing of Wi-Fi products

What you need for this position:

- 5+ years of QA engineering or systems test experience for WiFi products
- 802.11 a/b/g/n, WiFi certification, RF indoor propagation and antenna characterization experience is a plus
- LAN switching, Routing protocols, TCP/IP, IGMP, QoS
- Wireless networking tools VeriWave, Chariot, any traffic generators, wireless monitors, AP-tester
- Familiar with network protocol layers and how they interact and how to use network analyzers such as Sniffer, EtherPeek, EtherReal, OmniPeek
- Any exposure to ISP mobile network, in particular back-end AAA, Radius accounting
- Experience with 3G radio networks, CDMA related cellular packet network would be very useful
- Python, TCL-TK, embedded Linux scripting
- BS or higher in CS, EE, IS, Math or equivalent
