We are currently looking for a Part-Time Sales Manager to lead a retail sales team in selling wireless phones and service-based technology products in a high-traffic environment.
Job Functions/Duties/Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Sales Manager to lead a retail sales team in selling wireless phones and service-based technology products in a high-traffic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Build a loyal customer base by creating long-term relationships
* Achieve or exceed sales and profit targets
* Manage the kiosk's controllable categories on the kiosk's profit and loss statement
* Achieve personal sales and profitability goals
* Recruit, hire, and retain top tier talent
* Manage the day to day operations of the business
* Coach and counsel associates
* Other duties as needed
Education/Skills/Experience Required:
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 18 years of age
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent, some college course work preferred
* 1 year of retail management experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong computer skills
* A proven track record in commission-based retail sales is highly desired
* Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
* Implement and enforce all policies and procedures to ensure the optimum sales experience for customers
* Bilingual ability a plus in some markets
