POSITION SUMMARY

 

This entry level position possesses a basic understanding of general aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Incumbent works under close supervision.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

Education - High School diploma or equivalent education.

 

Experience - minimum of 0 - 1 years related experience.

 

Technical Skills - ability to use PC, calculator and/or other basic office equipment.

 

Communication and Interaction - effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

 

Customer Service - responds promptly to customer needs, provides service and assistance to meet commitments, and solicits customer feedback to improve service.

 

Adaptability ? able to work under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines, adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

Works in a normal office environment.

 

May work under critical deadlines and subject to heavy workloads, i.e. often under
