WM – Client Advisor Assistant (Nagoya) recruitment
- He/she is responsible for ensuring that administrative and organisational arrangements and client related processes are completed and continuously improved in relation to the Client Advisor's relationship with the client to provide an accurate and efficient service.
- He/she also acts in the role of an intermediary to other service providers.
- The Role-Holder is the point of entry for processing client orders and deal with client queries and trouble shooting through specialised transactional process knowledge.
- He/she works as part of a Client Advisor Team and takes over responsibility for optimal support service delivery. The Role-Holder may be in contact with clients and respond to requests while supporting the Client Advisors.
- The Role-Holder may also be responsible for the on-the-job training of less experienced staff and of reviewing/recommending/implementing new processes in their field of expertise.
- In terms of career planning, typically the Role-Holder will progress on a functional career track or they will move to a Client Advising role. The Role-Holder has the requisite language skills for their area of activity.
- Native level Japanese language is a prerequisit to this position.
