Overview: The Business Analytics group is responsible for preparing the Daily, Weekly Monthly Asset reporting (AUM, NNA, NAA) for GWM. Our team collaborates with the Office of Business Management and IT to continually enhance and maintain the asset systems utilized by over 15,000 FAs and Field/Senior Management. We are the subject matter experts for assets.
The Primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Collaborating with OBM, PMs IT to enhance/maintain our asset systems. This involves writing requirements and performing user acceptance testing.
• Providing ongoing maintenance and field support for asset flows and client acquisition related inquiries. This involves working directly with Senior/Field management and FAs.
• Establishment of the FA Bonus Exception Process for 2012. This involves the creation of exception forms, coordination of meetings, research/presentation of findings, communication of committee decisions and maintaining an organized log.
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations used by our group's MD. This includes requesting/compiling data, creation of templates, graphing and formatting on an as needed basis.

Education
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
