We are currently seeking an Associate Customer Specialist to join our team in Columbus, OH.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Consult with customers and respond to inquiries about our products and services.

• Provide consultative service, including probing for cross selling opportunities for our array of products.

• Provide expertise in the areas of UCC filings, document retrieval, and public record lien searching.

 

 

Education

·         HS Diploma or equivalent

•         Bachelors Degree, preferred

 

Minimum

 

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

• Strong computer skills in MS Office/Internet; the ability to learn new applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a face-paced, high energy environment.

• Demonstrate proficiency in using our electronic offerings.

• Ability to foster teamwork in support of reaching team performance goals.

• Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure in a team-oriented environment.

 

Tools:

 

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

 

Travel:

 

• May require face-to-face client visits
