We currently have a need for a Customer Operations Specialist – Plan. in our Phoenix, Arizona office. Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, the Senior Plan Operations Analyst is responsible for the trending of data of Managed Care Organizations and Pharmacy Benefit Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Trending of data and associations of Managed Care Organizations and Pharmacy Benefit Managers

• Payer primary research via Internet and phone to determine new plans and/or changes to existing plans

• Reporting as needed for back up of existing employees

• Assess data and project accuracy by utilizing appropriate quality control standards for all phases of a project

• Performs tasks associated with special projects as defined and requested by management
Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 3 to 4 years Managed Care knowledge required; including Medicare Part D and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management.

• Ability to navigate and research on the Internet

• In-depth experience with Access, Outlook, Excel and Mainframe TSO

Preferred Qualifications:

• SQL knowledge a plus

• Ability to extrapolate information in detailed format using on-line GUI interface

• Ability to meet quality standards and productivity deadlines and schedules

• Experience with Managed Care information and reporting
