Workday Financial Functional Management Consultant Job
As a Workday Functional Financial Consultant your primary day to day job will be implementing the Workday Financial Management system for clients in a consulting environment. Must detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have strong analytical and time management, and the ability to work at his/her own direction and balance competing priorities and customer needs. Individual must be focused and detail oriented with the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment that is often remote. Must be able to communicate effectively.
Required (MUST HAVES)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Candidate must possess functional knowledge across at least one Financial Management function including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Budgeting and have a strong technical aptitude.
- At least 2 years experience in deploying Workday SaaS financials software solution including responsibility for: Functional/Business Process configuration tasks, Identifying approaches, risks, mitigation, strategies
- Willing to travel 75% weekly and nationally
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Functional/Business Process configuration tasks
- Must be skilled at Identifying approaches, risks, mitigations, strategies to meet client/functional requirements
