Qualifications:
An associate's degree or equivalent; minimum of three years' full time experience as practitioner in home construction; effective oral and written communication skills, approval to work in correctional setting; three year's full-time experience in home construction. Experience in all facets of home construction, including cabinetmaking, sheet rocking, plumbing, wiring, framing, and carpentry, is preferred.
