Position Description:
*This position will be filled and office in either the Austin, Texas or Olathe, Kansas Facility *

Creates and presents workload data to all levels of management. Responsible to manage and lead scheduling of real-time and /or forecasting teams.

Provides leadership that facilitates satisfaction and retention of high quality employees. Ensures the staffing and scheduling of employees as well as the volume of work produced meets or exceeds demand with respect to achievement of corporate goals.

Position Requirements:
Maintains an effective working relationship with the appropriate departments and oversees real-time management of those departments to fully understand scheduling and or real time or forecasting needs. Enforces company guidelines as directed by the respective management teams. Meets regularly with management and external vendors to analyze and determine needs and solutions. Participates in the troubleshooting of production problems and recommendation of corrective actions. Provides periodic written and verbal status reports to management team relative to the attainment of service level goals. Educates supervisors and managers on interpreting reports. Provides direction to management teams in work force management philosophies and technologies.

Directs selection, supervision, technical training and career development of assigned personnel. Ensures that written procedures are documented for all functions within area of responsibility, and updates as necessary to provide staff with instruction and guidelines for daily operations.
Continues to build personal skill set by participating in in-house or outside insurance / industry related courses / seminars as deemed necessary to expand product / system and best practices knowledge. Performs other functions as assigned.

Position Attributes:
Supervisory workload management experience to include leading scheduling, real-time and/or forecasting teams. Extensive knowledge of workload management industry practices and processes.

Exhibited skill at creating and presenting workload data to all levels of management Extensive hands on experience in WFM tools (specifically IEX or Genesys WFM). Able to travel frequently (1-2 times a month) to our various locations.
