Workforce Management Specialist

This position will support Resource Planning for Med D PA Operations to ensure appropriate staffing by department. 1. Resource Planning WFM Reporting: ? Creating and maintaining reports/data in CMS, eWFM, and other databases ? Research and support various Resource Planning reports as needed. 2. eWFM Administration: ? Assist with forecasting, scheduling, and managing all off phone activities within multi skill/multi site environment, administration of overtime, same day time off requests, PTO, and updating schedule exceptions. ? Assist in determining appropriate staffing levels and adjustment recommendations in order to meet service levels. ? Intraday and real time monitoring of call stats and schedules 3. Management Planning: ? Work closely with supervisors in managing the day-to-day scheduling, forecasting, reporting and other business needs. 4. Interpersonal and Change Management: ? Promote a positive work environment, perform as a team member, and initiate suggestions to continually improve process and protocols related to workforce management for MED D PA Operations.
