Workforce Planner (Operations) – Affinity recruitment

Due to the continued expansion of commercial operations in our Affinity National Service Centre, we are currently seeking to further develop our Business Support capability with the appointment of an accomplished operations professional in the newly created role of Workforce Planner.
You will be responsible for:
- Co-ordination of efficiency improvements across the Affinity business
- Capacity Planning across the National Service Centre and broader Affinity operations
- Forecasting of future growth/capacity constraints across policy renewals, new business leads, expected call volumes and processing volumes
- Transition of future Affinity policies from regional branches
- Ownership of Affinity Complaints Handling Procedure
- Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer as business owner of Telephony and Document Management system
- Allocation of renewal policies to the Regional network
- Effective stakeholder engagement with National Service Centre leadership and Regional branches
