This global FMCG organisation is a leader in its industry reaching across every corner of the world. To continue their success and build on their customer experience, this role has been created to accurately forecast contact volumes and provide efficient staffing schedules across the Contact Centre.
As the Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for all Contact Centre forecasting and planning, encompassing a mixture of analytical, strategic and operational accountabilities.
You will ensure service level targets are achieved through planning and allocation of resources and you will liaise with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any challenges and opportunities. You will be consistently seeking new and improved ways of working to deliver a competitive advantage and you will be required to keep up to date with Workforce Planning best practices via industry networking groups.
The Workforce Planning Analyst will work closely with the Team Leaders to understand staffing requirements and ensure that optimal results are achieved across all teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years experience in Workforce Planning or Reporting in a large diverse Contact Centre environment and strong reporting and analytical skills, you will have the ability to interpret reports and provide insights into the data. It would be an advantage to have tertiary qualification in finance, statistic or information management.
