Workforce Planning and Contact Centre Manager

With an ever growing presence in the Scottish market, my client are an Edinburgh based UK Banking organisation who are recruiting for a Contact Centre Workforce Planning manager to head up their contact centre across Edinburgh and Dunfermline.

Responsible for developing and leading the Operational Workforce and Planning team supporting the Bank Contact Centre and Operations functions, delivering exceptional customer service, driving high levels of colleague satisfaction whilst optimising operational efficiencies.

With a background in workforce planning management, this job will allow you to develop your own skills in a corporate setting, whilst playing an important role in a major part of this companies operations.

Previous contact centre experience is preferred, and there is a generous benefits package for the successful candidate as well as the ability to work for an organisation who are undergoing an exciting period of change.
