Workplace Communications Executive recruitment
The Market and Member Engagement department is part of the Scheme Development Directorate. It is responsible for NEST’s external presence through all channels and to all our audiences. We work closely with teams across NEST to understand, co-ordinate and deliver the organisation’s communication requirements. The department’s remit is growing as NEST moves closer to becoming an operational scheme.
The Workplace Communications Executive will:
• Work alongside a NEST Employer Installation Manager to deliver and agree a communication approach and contribute to the communication elements of the implementation plan
• Brief internal teams on a new communications requirements and change to existing communications
• Provide quality assurance to ensure communications are in line with NEST and employer requirements
• Track and evaluate work for employers, and ensure that all new content and new approaches are incorporated into NEST’s standard employer communications toolkit
• Work with Legal and Compliance colleagues to ensure that we balance a compliant approach with the communication needs of our members.
