About Our Client
Our client is a national firm with an impressive client base. The workplace relations team works within the litigation group and includes several well-respected practitioners with a great reputation in the marketplace.
The Role
Our client is looking to expand its workplace relations practice and wants to recruit a senior lawyer with expertise in each of the core areas within IR/ER. This practice advises on all aspects of workplace relations including discrimination, unfair dismissals and OHS.
About You
Ideally you will also have a good understanding of other areas of law that impact workplace relations with a keen interest in solidifying your expertise in this area. You must be able to demonstrate that you understand discovery and privilege, you can draft detailed advice on core areas of law within Workplace Relations and you can draft employment contracts and deeds of release.
