YouthWorX NT facilitates the arrangement of workplacement opportunities for students enrolled into theWorkready Program from eleven partnering schools locatedwithin the Darwin, Palmerston and Rural regions.
We're currently looking for a Workready Officer to join ourteam in Darwin.
The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of the Workplacement process during 2012 including planning,communications, and execution and monitoring.
You will be part of our dynamic team and welcomed into ourfamily friendly culture.
This position is a contract role for the duration of the Workready Program contract ending 31 December 2012.Starting date is Monday, 16th April 2012.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work placement organisation, communications and monitoring
- Marketing and promotion of the Workready Program
- Maintain and record of accurate program related data
- Program reporting and statistics
We are looking for a person who:
- Has demonstrated experience in a similar or administrative role
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has advanced computer literacy, particularly with MS Office suit
- /s highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Enjoys working independently and with a team
