Worksite Marketing Manager

Identifies and creates new opportunities for Western Southern Agency to expand penetration into worksites. This will include developing appropriate marketing collateral, sales support material and communications. Works closely with sales and marketing management to optimize the three existing worksite approaches. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary and updates manager on a regular basis. -Manages the Benefits Plus Payroll Deduction program, including operations and marketing -Spearheads an initiative to support a Business Owner Strategy approach -Integrates existing processes into a comprehensive Advice-Based approach to worksite marketing -Assists the Western Southern Agency Field in prospecting for new worksite opportunities -Analyzes current and potential worksite opportunities with regard to sales volume and profitability -Oversees the coordination and implementation of appropriate product introductions with the product management team -Becomes a subject matter expert in both warm-source and cold-source approaches to worksites -Develops, coordinates and directs relationship-building activities -Works in tandem with the Database Marketing group to data-mine to find worksite marketing opportunities -Serves as a key contact with Legal, Compliance, Product State Filing, Tax and other appropriate departments in the development, review and approval of worksite marketing materials -Manages the process with PR/Corporate communications for delivery of project support and strategic implementation where applicable. -Works in tandem with Training to develop appropriate training materials for worksite approaches -Manages an established budget -Stays current on trends in insurance business, networking and staying up on our competitors strategies and major worksite initiatives -Performs other duties as assigned by management.
