Brief summary of principal responsibilities:Win new clients for J.P. Morgan's Securities Services business (Depotbank, Custody, value added services)Segment, map and identify prospective clients, drive the development of the sales strategy including calling programs and scheduleThe role ties in with the development of local sales presence and driving business growthProactive management and maintenance of sales pipeline (build and grow)Represent JPM WSS and increase sales visibility in the German market and - where applicable and appropriate - in the Austrian market

Qualifications
Personal profile:Proven track record in similar sales role, ideally within the target client segment in particular the Pensions Industry, Corporate Treasury and InsurancesStrong network in the German financial industry, also connected to the target client segmentAbility to connect quickly and build relationships proactivelyStrong strategic thinking capabilities connected to a hands on attitude

Professional profile:High proficiency level in German and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skillsTeam player with drive, tenacity and focused selling skillsAbility to think strategically with a strong commercial perspectiveMature with good project management skills alongside attention to detailMarket, client and industry knowledgeGood knowledge of securities and investment instrumentsProduct knowledge in various areas (Accounting, Custody, Performance, etc.)Working knowledge of Investment lawExperienced with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Power Point)Experience with client management systems (CKC)
