Writer, Marketing and Communications recruitment
Role description:
- Originate, translate and edit bilingual content for corporate communications and investor relations materials as needed, including website, annual report, press release, public notice, corporate announcement, etc.
- Develop bilingual copy for the company’s advertisement, product leaflet, presentation, and brochure.
- Originate, edit and translate client communications materials, such as promotional direct mail, client letter, etc.
- Draft by-line articles for media placement as and when needed.
- Develop speeches and presentations for the company’s senior management as and when needed.
- Manage copywriting projects independently, including interviewing relevant colleagues for information, working with other departments to obtain necessary internal and regulatory approval, and managing production schedule.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism and Public Relations, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in writing corporate and marketing materials for banks, asset management companies or other financial services companies.
- Experience in copywriting for financial product advertisements or direct marketing materials would be an advantage.
- Excellent English and Chinese writing skills, with good understanding of the financial industry.
- Self-motivated, communicative, able to work under tight time pressure, and possess good interpersonal skills.
