The AMIC Service team has overall responsibility for the quality of service delivered by WSS EMEA to the Asset Management and Insurance Client Base; including Blackrock Asset Management, Schroders, Third Party Fund Managers.
Job Description
The role is designed to ensure proactive/service management oversight of a client's activity takes place in addition to supporting their day to day needs.
The Client Service Account Manager has responsibility for the overall custody service delivery provided to a client or group of clients and this entails forging strong client relationships and collaborating with internal client service management colleagues in order to drive custody service quality consistency and enhancements.
In addition, the role is also responsible for building and maintaining a network of partners throughout the WSS and TSS product and service delivery organisation in order to promote and sustain client service excellence.
The position manages a group of Client Service Officers and communicates clear strategic direction to the team which promotes the identification of continuous service improvements. The role is also the escalation point and will manage, communicate, own and resolve significant client issues.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Account Manager for middle market
relationships, markets, or regions with a goal of retaining clients and identifying new business opportunitiesHas a one-on-one relationship with the client and navigates JPMC on the client's behalfProvides thought management for cross-product MIS and statistical reporting to drive service satisfactionIn partnership with RM, develops and drives action plans for non-referenceable clients across all products (where applicable)Serves as the senior point of contact for service issues escalationLeads regular service reviews; introduces process improvements and cross-product solutionsResponsible for risk controls/compliance and managing resolutionInfluences change within the client's environment to improve efficiencies
