Yacht Accountant
A high end luxury retail brand are looking for a client facing Accountant to join their upbeat and vibrant team. The main duties of the role will be as follows:
·Preparation of monthly management accounts (circa 8-10 units)
·Payroll processing for circa 100 staff
·Liaise with Managers and Manager Assistants in collating monthly accounts information.
·Ensure invoices are processed and authorised by Managers/Owners
·Research invoice queries and collate supplier information.
·Send payment transfers via Lloyds payment system
·Utilising Sun (Infor10) software for all accounts processing and production
·Organise and supervise printing, binding and delivery of reports
·Control of all paperwork received into the Accounts department i.e. invoices, bank statements, payment confirmations etc.
If you have 5-10 years experience within a similar role then please do apply below. Previous work experience in an Accountancy Practice and or in the Marine Industry would be an advantage.
