Leading ASX listed property organisation are currently seeking two year end group accountant to assist for a period of 3-4 months over year end. This company are highly regarded in Australia and an employer of choice in the Sydney CBD.
Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager you will be responsible for statutory reporting, consolidations and cash flow management. You will use the consolidation tool to bring together the financial numbers for a variety of entities, therefore it is essential you are able to deliver outcomes in line with tight deadlines. You will engage a senior stakeholder group as the business works together to complete all statutory requirements.
To be considered for this position you will be qualified accountant with exposure to statutory reporting within a listed environment. You will posses exposure to either Hyperion, TM1 or Cognos and hold prior exposure to consolidations. You will demonstrate an exceptional communication style and enjoy working within a complex fast paced environment.
