Youth Development and Community Engagement Officer Job in Dandenong 3175
Utilising a community development framework this position within Youth Services will focus on engaging and consulting with community stakeholders, to research, identify and develop strategic partnerships and projects to ensure effective service delivery to young people in our municipality .
Key skills include:
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish partnerships with key community stakeholders, including young people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, report writing, data analysis as well as an understanding of evaluation frameworks
- Sound project management skills with an ability to manage concurrent projects
