Randstad is seeking enthusiastic youth workers to assist children and young people to develop their day to day living skills.
  

  You’re Strengths
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to manage clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of health and personal problems. You must be a great communicator and be able to demonstrate excellent rapport building with young people. You will have the ability to stay calm and think quickly in a crisis situation and be passionate about  making a difference.   You will have experience working with children and young people with high and complex needs and  past experience working with disadvantaged youth or crisis accommodation.

    Qualifications
# Certificate III or IV Youth Work or Community Services
# Current First Aid 
# Drivers Licence
