As a customer service specialist are you the first contact person for the customers for all pre-shipment activities. You provide a high level of service with the least cost to the corporation. You have to control the flow of communication, information and orders. This during the process from once the forecast is entered by the office until the order is due for shipment and the product is available. You maintain close contact with customers and internal supply chain partners.
The main tasks are:
- Manage order portfolio
- Understand Market Characteristics
- Review and advise on Safety Stock settings
- Manage customer changes
- Manage the pre-shipment documentation.
- Projected and actual backorder management.
- Minimize the financial risks
- Support periodical business reviews

Required:
- At least 2 years in a similar position
- Experience in an international organization
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
