2nd Level Technical Support Job in Dublin Ireland
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd Level Telephone Deskside Support on all PC Laptops (Windows 2003, XP), including troubleshooting and setting-up new users;
- Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve many network outages and application problems in a busy environment;
- Troubleshooting and providing support in LAN and WAN environment;
- Troubleshooting printer problems;
- Setting up and troubleshooting video conferencing equipment;
- Assisting and supporting remote access services.
Requirements:
- Third Level Qualification or Microsoft Certification is highly desirable.
- 2+ years experience providing 2nd level IT Support on Windows XP / 2003.
- Strong understanding of LANs, WANs, AD, Outlook 2010, DNS and DHCP, routing.
- Experience inspecting, repairing setting up printers.
The role will be based in Dublin City Centre on-site with a client.
