Job Description:
Our client is seeking a helpdesk representative with technical support and troubleshooting experience to assist customers with online troubleshooting. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES;
Answer phone calls and emails responding to customer issues.
Troubleshoot computer problems.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
Document resolutions for future reference.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
3+ years help desk experience in a high volume call center.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
